Meet Me
My name is Natalí, I am from Argentina and I love and embrace changes in my life because Evolution has to do with change, and every change is accompanied by something new you learnt about yourself, about your interactions, about your ways, about your ego, about your pain, about your joy, about you, it is all about you.
Around 3 years ago I decided to give a big turn to my life after feeling completely in the air with no grounding base. This can be a bless or a course depending on how you decide to see it, as when everything collapses in your life, it is a great opportunity to reinvent yourself and start again from zero. I really did not know what to do, but I knew I wanted more sun, love, humanity and nature in my life, and here I landed in one of the most blessed places in the world, IKARIA, one of the 5 Blue Zones in the whole world. When I found this place my heart expanded with a strength I had not felt for a long time, and as He is THE BOSS in my life I followed it blind folded. Back in London where I lived for 10 years I had already started two projects, MOVING PLEASURES and UNLOCK YOUR BODY.
MOVING PLEASURES is connected to my artistic expression through clay that was awakened by my friend KINSKA who unlocked in me a new way of working on my feelings with a playful view full of shapes and colours. She showed me how to transform pain into joy. Turning emotions into something you can actually see and touch and consequently feel... Objects have their energy, their own power and it all comes from our soul.
On another page, UNLOCK YOUR BODY was born during a phase of my life in which I experienced great anxiety. I was losing confidence in myself, my body was exploiting because I had also stopped moving. Dance is my best way of self-expression. My body is the manifestation of my soul. I love inspiring people to dance and feel free and get rid of their fears.
This website is a portal to these two aspects of my soul that I want to share with you. We need from each other. I want to spread my LOVE and learnings I have experienced until now through this LifeTIME.
